WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have opted for our FREE DELIVERY, it will be with you between 1-5 working days. However, if, after this time you still have not received your order, please check that a Royal Mail delivery card has not been left. They will hold your parcel for up to seven days if they could not deliver. ID is needed on collection at your local sorting office so please don’t forget to take it. Should the order not be found allow 15 working days before contacting us. Royal Mail will only allow claims to be placed after this time. We at Adultoysuk.co.uk will endeavour to solve any issues you have with this matter.
If you have chosen ROYAL MAIL TRACKED delivery your order will be with you between 1-5 working days. Please use the tracking number we have sent you by email. Should your order still not arrive, please allow 15 working days before contacting us as Royal Mail will only allow claims after this time.
INTERLINK EXPRESS 24 HOUR GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY will be with you the next working day. If for any reason you do not receive your parcel, do not hesitate to call us and we will do everything possible to establish a happy solution.
Please also be aware that in some parts of the UK, delivery may take longer.

Adultoysuk.co.uk DOES NOT operate a backorder system. Simply, this means that you will not be waiting for your desired item to come into stock, if it is on our website it’s guaranteed to be in stock. Adultoysuk.co.uk will send you;

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been dispatched. The email will contain your tracking reference number and full details of how you can track your order on the Royal Mail website unique
WHAT SHOWS ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

WILL I RECEIVE CORRESPONDENCE FROM Adultoysuk.co.uk OR ANY OTHER COMPANY?
No. We guarantee you complete anonymity when purchasing from Adultoysuk.co.uk. Unless you have signed up for our newsletter you will never receive anything else, apart from what you have ordered. You have are absolute assurance that no details are ever passed on to third parties. As soon as your order has been processed securely, your details are automatically dissolved.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We offer a freepost returns address for any faulty items; you will never be out of pocket, just wait for your refund or replacement. Adultoysuk.co.uk give you, as standard, a full years fault warranty.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for recorded delivery is £2.95

When sending the faulty item back please also provide a covering letter of explanation, this helps us to deal with the matter promptly.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS NOT SUITABLE?
Adultoysuk.co.uk will refund or replace an item should it prove unsuitable. When purchasing clothing or lingerie, please consult our sizing chart, and if in any doubt please order the larger size. However, all packaging should be intact and items unused, as a refund cannot be given otherwise. All items are covered by this for 30 days only. The exception to this rule applies to Latex as there are very strict hygiene rules in place. Regrettably a freepost service is not available for this issue and we would advise that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery.
