UK ORDERS

Discretion is assured when purchasing from us. To enable you, our valued customer, to shop with imperative confidence we operate a secure and fast service where our exciting products are shipped to you in completely plain packaging, no sender is stated and there is absolutely no visible evidence of what quietly awaits you inside the parcel.

Adultoysuk.co.uk aims to have ALL orders shipped the very same day, if placed before 4pm Monday to Friday. If orders are placed after this time, they will be shipped the very next day.

If you have opted for our FREE DELIVERY, it will be with you between 1-5 working days. However, if, after this time you still have not received your order, please check that a Royal Mail delivery card has not been left. They will hold your parcel for up to seven days if they could not deliver. ID is needed on collection at your local sorting office so please don’t forget to take it. Should the order not be found allow 15 working days before contacting us. Royal Mail will only allow claims to be placed after this time. We at Adultoysuk.co.uk will endeavour to solve any issues you have with this matter.

If you have chosen ROYAL MAIL TRACKED delivery your order will be with you between 1-5 working days. Please use the tracking number we have sent you by email. Should your order still not arrive, please allow 15 working days before contacting us as Royal Mail will only allow claims after this time.

INTERLINK EXPRESS 24 HOUR GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY will be with you the next working day. If for any reason you do not receive your parcel, do not hesitate to call us and we will do everything possible to establish a happy solution.

*Please also be aware that in some parts of the UK, delivery may take longer. Orders outside of mainland U.K will take 2-5 days. Adverse weather conditions may also affect delivery times. Please check Royal Mail websites and Interlink website for details.

If you have chosen next day delivery then you will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when they call don’t worry! You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 14 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you.

If you need your order sent to a different address to the address which your credit/debit card is registered to, don't forget to tell us when filling out the Delivery Address section.

It is your responsibility to advise us of the correct delivery address. Adultoysuk.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed by incorrect information.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Delivery times to these areas will take longer, usually between 3-5 days. Shipping costs will be charged above the standard rate and we will contact you with details.
