We offer a freepost returns address for any faulty items; you will never be out of pocket, just wait for your refund or replacement. Adultoys.co.uk gives you, as standard, a full years fault warranty.

Adultoys.co.uk will refund or replace an item should it prove unsuitable. However, all packaging should be intact and items unused. All items are covered by this for 30 days. Please send lingerie and clothing to us with all labels intact, as a refund cannot be given otherwise. The exception to this rule applies to Latex or items that have a crotch type area e.g. strap on’s, as there are very strict hygiene rules in place. Regrettably, we cannot offer a freepost service with regards to unsuitable items and advise that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Adultoys.co.uk every effort is made to refund you within 7 days.

Please also be aware that until we have received your item we cannot refund you.

Returns and Exchanges

Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, so if for any reason you want to return or exchange an item we are most happy to oblige. We give you a full 30 days to decide. We can only exchange an item when it has not been used and it must also be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days, should you choose. However, as Adultoysuk.co.uk dispatch items for shipping on the day it is ordered it would be beneficial to both parties if cancellations are made as soon as you possibly can. This avoids you having to return items back to us at your expense.
