If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you.

• Payment;

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheques. You can order through our web-site, by post, by fax or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will dispatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed. If you pay by cheque we will dispatch goods after the funds have cleared. Please make all cheques and postal orders payable to SELECT E PRODUCTS.  Also take note that larger orders of over £250 will require further administration to authorise dispatch. Any order of over £500 will require an immediate bank transfer. This is necessary to combat fraudulent transactions.

• Returns;

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been used or damaged.
